Kenedy López was born into a traditional coffee growing family who own El Indio Farm, located at 1850 m.a.s.l in the La Unión Municipality, Nariño Department. He produces traditional varieties such as Castillo and Colombia. Kennedy exposes the cherries to 30 hours of underwater fermentation which is a critical step to enhance the coffee's flavour profile.
